theres a tiny spider crawling across the wall.
i love it when the world eases suddenly, and everything becomes that much easier, if just for a day. suddenly everything just dissolves, and i smile and comment that the new paintwork looks good.
the spider fell, caught himself with his thread, and has continued on his way.

Well, that can't be the gi-normous spider I woke up to find clinging to the ceiling directly above my head, this morning. It must have had legs long enough to spread over a tea-cup saucer of at least 10cm. Anyway, he's been photographed and is now in a jar now awaiting classification, logging, and release. I will blog him later. I love spiders!
With all the rain latley, I scouped two turtles off roads today as they cross from one dam to another. Why do they do that? It is a dam silly thing to do, I reckon. It is a turtle thing for sure.
Do I detect your storm has eased, suddenly?
It is hard to see hills on misty days.

you love spiders? i'm quite scared of spiders, for some incomprehensible reason, and am very glad that i live in a country where we don't get any that are really any big at all! (despite the fact that i do call some spiders "huge" but by your standards they would be "tiny")but for all my fear of them, i am ever so glad you intend on releasing this guy.
the storm? oh, it has been blowing on and off for weeks, i don't know whats going on. but, i think what i meant was, it's that much easier to deal with a storm when you have nothing else to do that day. it almost becomes quite pleasant to think of it, as you curl up in your warm duvet for an extra half-hour sleep in the mornings. (i have a weeks holiday from college.)
